Catastrophic Hardship Grant - Request to Apply (Leadership)

This form initiates the Catastrophic Hardship Grant application process. 

A member of the KW Associate’s Market Center or Regional leadership team, or KWRI Heart Fund/HR Rep must complete this form. 

To be eligible for a grant, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Have an "active" associate profile in KW White Pages or Command
  • Have been active with KW for the past six consecutive months
  • Have less than $60,000 in liquid assets (combined checking and savings account balances)
  • Have less than $500,000 in non-retirement investment accounts (e.g., stocks and bonds)
  • Be applying on behalf of themselves, their spouse/domestic partner, or a legal dependent. 
  • Have a qualifying event, qualifying expense, and demonstrate financial need.

To complete this Request to Apply form, you will need to know:

  1. KW Associate’s/Grant Applicant's name (exactly as it appears in the KW White Pages or Command), email address, and phone number
  2. Market Center Name/Number
  3. The applicant's qualifying event
  4. The grant amount the Grant Applicant is requesting
  5. The amount of market center support provided to the applicant or a detailed fundraising plan
