Catastrophic Hardship Grant - Request to Apply (Applicant)

This form determines whether you may be eligible to submit a Catastrophic Hardship Grant application.

 

Who may submit this form?

A Keller Williams associate or Keller Williams Realty, LLC employee, their spouse/domestic partner, or legal dependent, in Canada, the U.S., or a U.S. territory.

Basic Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for a grant, the recipient must:

  • Be a Keller Williams associate or Keller Williams Realty, LLC employee in Canada, the U.S., or a U.S. territory with an “active” associate profile in the KW Command Directory, or their spouse/domestic partner, or legal dependent 
  • Have less than $60,000 in liquid assets (checking and savings)  
  • Have less than $500,000 in non-retirement investments (ex., stocks and bonds)   
  • Have a qualifying event, qualifying expense, and demonstrated financial need

  • Market Center name/number (if applicable)
  • Recipient information (if different from the applicant)
  • Qualifying event and expenses
  • Current bank and investment account balances
  • Estimated amount of assistance requested
